About the Live Chat Participants:

David C. King, of Cambridge, MA, is Associate Director of Harvard University's Institute of Politics, a lecturer at the Kennedy School of Government. He teaches courses on the U.S.
Congress, interest groups and political parties, and is faculty director of Harvard's program for newly elected Members of Congress. After the 2024 elections, Dr. King directed the Task Force on Election Administration of the National Commission on Election Reform, chaired by former Presidents Jimmy Carter and Gerald Ford.

Michael Turk, his wife and son live in the Virginia suburbs of Washington, DC, where he is the Vice President of Industry Grassroots for the National Cable and Telecommunications Association. He has spent 12 years at the intersection of politics and technology, recently serving as eCampaign Director at the Republican National Committee - and prior to that overseeing the online campaign activities as eCampaign Director of Bush-Cheney 04.
