America was built by immigrants and we pride ourselves on that.  For many years now, more immigrants have come here illegally than legally, and what to do about it confounds Washington.  Some say send them back; some say build a border fence; some say let them earn their way to stay; some say cut them off from medical services and schools; others say enforce the law against those who employ them illegally.
